I am an American living in Montreal with my wonderful 10 months old son Jonah, my husband Mariusz and our three aging cats. For twelve years before my pregnancy, I was a professional ballet dancer with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Cincinnati Ballet and the State Ballet of Missouri. This is my first blog.
I am starting this blog to reach out to those of you who, like me, have decided to take the less traveled path in raising children. It is often hard to find nonjudgmental support when it comes to parenting. Hopefully my blog will be a site of comfort, humor and reflection. Perhaps I will even be able to offer some help to any new mother who is as lost as I was those first couple of months of motherhood.
